Suffolk County Jericho Turnpike Route 25 Deadliest Again
Route 25 or as other may know it as Jericho Turnpike between the towns of Centereach to almost 12 miles to Ridge has been named the most dangerous road for pedestrians in the tri-state area. Federal accident statistics from 2011 to 2013 for roads in New York’s 12 downstate counties, found that 20 people were killed on Jericho Turnpike, also known as Route 25 to many locals.
