Sleepys Petition to Move Daylight Savings

So recently I stumbled upon the Sleepys website looking at mattress and happen to see their petition to move daylight savings time. To view the petition click here. The petition will be submitted to the Department of Transportation, the authority that oversees the time zones and daylight saving’s time. This year 2013, may be the last year on a Sunday if they get there way.

Sleepys claims after a survey that there are over 70% of people who responded would change the day from Sunday till Saturday. The response was so people will have better chance of adjusting for work. Daylight savings time for 2013 will be on Sunday March 10, 2013 at 2:00 am eastern. This is how it is, and we are all used to. But be careful, this all may change if the petition is put through.
