Roasted red potatoes and green beans in Parmesan Olive Oil Sauce

Enjoy this quick, five dollar meal any night of the week. Shake and Bake chicken using thin sliced chicken cutlets and a bag of microwaveable Birds Eye Steam Fresh vegetables. I choose roasted red potatoes and green beans. The vegetables are served with a Parmesan Olive Oil Sauce.

Follow the instructions on the box and the bag for a very easy but delicious meal for two. I would use two bags of Birds Eye Steam fresh chefs favorites if I was doing this for more than four guests or family. Go ahead, and mix and match different vegetables to give a variety of side dishes.

Cook the Birds Eye Vegetables in the microwave according to the wattage of your microwave. The chart is on the bag. Letting them sit in the microwave a few minutes help the flavors meld together as well as a good shake before you serve them. Remember the bag will e full of steam and very hot, so be careful.
