As planned with a report from last week, Apple has just released iOS 6.1.2. According to Apple, the update addresses a Microsoft Exchange bug for iPhones but sources have indicated that it also addresses a lock screen passcode issue.

People are however reporting, that the lock screen pass code issues has not been resolved. Although there is talk from many different users that their safari is quicker and snappier.

About the iOS 6.1.2 Software Update, it is said to fix an Exchange calendar bug that could result in increased network activity and reduced battery life. This has actually shown an improvement for me so far!

As for the deleting of songs from alarm clock still no luck. You can follow that story with the link above.

Lets also see if this resolves the issue with the brightness reducing when you unlock your phone as well. Only a few days to know for sure if all the updates and bugs will be fixed with iOS 6.1.2 but I’m pretty sure apple has it all under control.
