On my trip to Maryland I went down to the Harbor Place Mall and Fudgery.
As I was walking through the mall I saw the Fudgery located inside the Harbor Place Mall. So I walked over and was greeted by a confectioner and master chocolatier. He offered me a sample of this chocolate gold and was hooked. Now I have never been here before and I was just excited to get some freshly made fudge which I was watching a very talented confectionery chef making and folding on a marble slab not more than 10 feet away from me with shiny cooper kettles in the background.
