College basketball season started this weekend. Most of the top teams have already played their first games, which probably makes this post seem late for some of you, but I don’t think that’s the case at all. On my trip to Maryland I went down to the Harbor Place Mall and Fudgery.
As I was walking through the mall I saw the Fudgery located inside the Harbor Place Mall. So I walked over and was greeted by a confectioner and master chocolatier. He offered me a sample of this chocolate gold and was hooked. Now I have never been here before and I was just excited to get some freshly made fudge which I was watching a very talented confectionery chef making and folding on a marble slab not more than 10 feet away from me with shiny cooper kettles in the background.
Who has not come across a deck of cards? Even if you are not a card game player, it is very likely you would have seen at least one deck in your lifetime. Cards have been part of our lives; as children we used to play games like memory, donkey plus among other inventive and amusing games.
